Bad communication and lack of interest
Definitely the worst experience I have had with a service provider. And most likely the worst Review I will post on Hello Peter
Whenever I email anyone from Pro Admin, emails just get ignored. Even when the Chairman of the Trustees at my complex emails them, they still ignore emails. We have to follow up with them every couple of weeks and on average we only hear back after a month and that is only if the Chairman actively chases after them.
If you are considering Pro Admin to manage your complexes administration, I cannot recommend Pro Admin from my experience.

I received a response for 1 out of the 4 resolution points I mentioned in my complaint submission you asked for.
Which seemed promising, until I received my recent account and again we are going backwards, I emailed Pro Admin and CC'd the Trustees in the email this morning. But for the entire time I have been at this apartment I have had to chase up Pro Admin regularly, even my Chairman of the Trustees is frustrated and as mentioned in the email strings but he unfortunately struggles to find time to take action.
I am so physically and emotionally drained by all of this which could have been solved by simply having regular communications. I just cannot manage anymore.
Even a simple request for my detailed Levies account which I sent on the 2nd of April, (which I mentioned in the complaint you asked for as well) was ignored. And it's just a statement, it's not anything difficult.
This will be the last you hear from me on Hello Peter. Unless I get a response early next week, I will escalate all my requests to the Onbudsman.
