Appreciation note

Just to give a shoutout to ProAdmin, and in particular Suzelle Badenhorst, who has gone over and beyond to mediate and advise. While I am still some way off of getting things finalised in terms of where the needs are, I appreciate the ProAdmin staff, who work under a great deal of pressure, and often take a beating for things that they play no part in. I appreciate their ability to read situations with complicated scenarios (and characters) with great accuracy.
