A COMPLETE ****! *********** AND USELESS!!!!

If I could rate them 0 I would. This company is a complete ****. They are *********** and do so at your expense. They send utility statements that don’t make sense and don’t fix their mess even when they were wrong. They send you statements late and expect you to pay crazy amounts after cutting off your power. The staff is horrible and instead of addressing your issue they disappear and leave you alone for hours until they close without assisting you. I have decided to go the legal route since they are all useless. I don’t understand how they are even n business. I am going to make sure the consumer’s Act knows about the nonsense you do!!
