Worst service ever

On 9 Dec 2021 I signed an agreement and made 50% payment as requested. Goods were collected on 14/12 in Durbanville. Balance was paid on 17/12. Boxes and goods went into storage and I was promised that delivery will take place on 30 or 31 Dec 2021. The dates were very important to us as my son started working in EL at hospital beginning of January and his scrubs for hospital and other related items were in the boxes. They assured me that it will be delivered on time even though it was on a shared load. I was asked to contact them a week before delivery to confirm delivery address, which was done. When following up on 27/12, I was told by Karel that delivery is delayed as they had to wait for another client in BFN who suddenly decided to go on holiday. They did not even contacted us to inform us. Karel said that our load was to small and money to little to make a call to us and that other clients were more important. They could not confirm an estimated date of delivery. After a week the truck was somewhere at the coast in EC. Then again I was told different stories by Karel. I lost my cool more than once with Karel. I eventually managed to get in contact with the director Peter Magerman. I explained my problem to him and he investigated. He then confirmed that our load was loaded on the wrong truck and therefor the delay. They could have told me this earlier, but instead Karel preferred to shout and drop phone in my ear numerous times. Although Jade (who answered the phone) was nice, this was the worst service ever I received from a services company and will never use them again. We just had to wait for delivery, which eventually took place on 15/01. Two weeks late. They are just interested in moving large loads. If you have a small load don't use them!
