WORST MOVERS IN SOUTH AFRICA

The worst ever! Their staff members are rude and unprofessional. I still remember how two ladies there (Michelle and Lindy) were so rude and would scream at me for asking pertinent questions. When they arrived to fetch my furniture they did NOT bring boxes and I had purchased 7 extra boxes from them including a box for a tv and 30m bubble wrap. They treat black customers like *******. They claimed to have had an accident and that some of my items we looted at the accident scene and that was all a lie because that accident happened in the middle of nowhere. When I finally received the damaged goods, my suitcases were open and items were ****** and I had taken comprehensive cover, they only paid R20 000.00 yet I lost all my appliances, bed and clothes. DON'T EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. When I complained the guy at the depo threatened me. I still have all their emails and chats on WhatsApp and this was late 2020. I haven't made peace with that horrible treatment.
