Worst experience ever!

On Wednesday 11 September 2019 I contracted this company for a household move which included all the furniture as well as the break ware, Big mirrors and paintings. This was stated in the inventory that was sent to them. On the day they were 4 hours late. When they eventually arrived 2 issues came up: firstly the workers were not equipped to perform the work - they did not have bubble wrap, special boxes or protective material for the mirrors and paintings and they told me they did not have blankets. They were unorganised and did not have tools to disassemble some of the furniture. When I phoned the company, I was told that they had problems and had to outsource the service to another company. I requested them to send proper material to wrap my valuable dinner sets and glasses. Of course they did not do it and then the outsourced company's manager told me he was not informed on the extent of the move. I therefore instructed them to only move the furniture. Upon arrival Pro Active trucking wanted the balance payment immediately, without ensuring that there was no damage - which there was - an office desk was damaged beyond repair. I said I could not pay the full amount since they have not obliged to their part of the contract. The workers then refused to off-load the furniture any further. Eventually we agreed on a R500 discount - ridiculous. But that is not the end of the story. The contractors were not allowed to leave the premises unless Pro Active Truckers paid their company. They waited for an hour and Pro Active Truckers informed them that they would pay later the evening. On Friday, 13 September 2019 the managers of the outsourced company phoned me and informed me that a e-wallet payment was made to him. When he wanted to withdraw the money on Friday to pay his workers, the transaction was reversed and he could not pay them. This is *******ion and businesses like this should be closed down! Pathetic!!!!!!!!! and *********!!!!!!
