Worst ever NEVER USE

Update 4: ***NEVER USE PRO ACTIVE TRUCKING*** Our truck arrived almost 3 days late. Some of our furniture is damaged but was told it was loaded like (this is a common quick answer they always respond with) that our furniture was so badly packed and even on a share load because we found other people's belongings on our truck when we paid for a dedicated truck. The guy who handled our move was so rude and arrogant even sweared at a time very unprofessional we have taken a full comprehensive insurance but still refuse and blame us for the damages. They can't take responsibility for their errors. They have an excuse for everything.

And they remove reviews from Hello Peter aswell only leaving the positive reviews.

Update 3: ***NEVER USE PRO ACTIVE TRUCKING*** Found the owners number on Facebook. Spoke to him about the problem we are facing at this moment I felt like we were ****med out of all the money we paid plus our furniture. Owner said he will call back with an update with the truck and mechanic. Eventually I was informed that the truck was fixed and on route again. Called the driver of the truck they told me the truck will drive through the night and will ignore the curfew times and will have our furniture by us around 6:00-7:00 am on the 3rd of August 3 days later than our initial date of delivery. Next update will follow!

Update 2: ***NEVER USE PRO ACTIVE TRUCKING*** I was told I would receive an update at 13:00 never received had to call back AGAIN to follow up myself. No one was at the office to talk to only a lady that had no idea what was going on. The truck still has not left. Have sent a message via whatsapp to the guy to give me a call at 14:42 Never received a update or a call back. Update will follow.

Update 1: ***NEVER USE PRO ACTIVE TRUCKING*** This is the worst moving company I have ever experienced with even friends and family are disgusted by the service delivered. They always have an excuse, we should have been loaded by 9:00 on Friday the 30th truck was massively delayed so our furniture was not removed that day. It was promised to be collected by 7:30 - 8:00 on the 31st July but only arrived at 11:00 but that is not all it was picked up by a smaller truck that was quoted for, our Furniture was supposed to arrive on the 1st of August we did not receive our furniture or any update and was kept in the dark the whole time it's now 9:52 on the 2nd of August still no truck with our furniture every time we get the excuse because it's of the curfew. They never updated us on the progress I have to call every time. The guy is extremely arrogant and rude we had to start working at our new companies. I was told we could expect our furniture today which I don't believe so we won't be getting to work again tomorrow... A new updated will follow.

They charged us a redicilus amount of extra money for a few extra things almost double the amount originally quoted.

Pro Truck is quick to respond to get a quote done for you and quick to follow up if payments are done. But after payment is done we don't receive any calls or updates from them. We are in the process of moving on the 30th of July and need to find out several things but never get any feedback. So far I have only received horrible customer service and haven't even moved yet.
