Unprofessional; still waiting for any comms and furniture after a month.
Firstly, I am still waiting on my move to arrive, and the communications surrounding it are non-existent.
My furniture has been picked up by this company on the 5th of August. I am still waiting for any communication around when I will be getting it.
Communication has also been extremely poor: - After waiting 10 business days, and myself having to make a call again for status update last week Monday, I was told that the move is scheduled to arrive the following Friday. It has been 2 Fridays since, and still not a peep. - The numbers on the website don't get answered.
It is a disappointing, unsatisfactory and unprofessional experience so far.
Please contact me with an update of where my move is, and when I can expect it delivered.
They rarely pick up the phone, and when they eventually do, you are greeted with a snarky person that adds to the Terms of Service on the spot.
