Unprofessional service

Very unprofessional service! Quote states blankets provided BUT blankets were not used at all! Fridge has major scratches on the front, leather chairs scratched and have holes poked through them, all pot plants badly beaten up....insurance was "supposedly included" but when we complained we were told that we should have bubble wrapped everything! And that they can send us pics of their blankets! Wow! Whats the point in that if you don't use the bkankets!! Basically very unprofessional and bad service.
