Total Nightmare!!!

My previous post was removed by pro active trucking so let me try again. My furniture was collected on the 3rd of May and till today I'm still waiting for my things. Everytime I called them Carel is having different excuses. Their conduct is out of order. No client service at all because they don't reply to my calls as well as email. Yesterday I was told to communicate via email which I did but till now I have not receive any reply. Since last week the truck was on its way to dilivery my good.

I'm considering legal advice since I don't received any feedback from this company. It's been 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting.
