Our experience with Proactive Trucking and Movers has been anything but pleasant. The service we received was anything but professional. Minimal- no communication throughout the entire process. From collection/ delivery dates, to damaged household items, waiting three months for repaired/replacement items only to receive below standard replacements and refunds that was never agreed to. They managed to ruin what was supposed to be a smooth and stressful relocation to a three month battle with constant stress and anxiety!!! Do yourself a favor, save yourself the time, energy, stress and anxiety and just get a other company.
