Rude owners, double the amount once loaded, late delivery, damaged possessions

our experience was terrible, from the Management team shouting at us to the final 2 weeks late delivery and all the lies they told us along the way.

The nightmare started when they arrived late on the departure date and only started packing at around 2pm. The shuttle came later and this caused even longer delays. Eventually all was packed nicely in blankets as promised.

The next day I phone them as we had seen that some items had taken more space than expected and was will to pay for the excess. To my horror they just started shouting at me, talking over me and finally demanding that I pay just under R30 000 extra. They refused to say how they got to this value but did say we would not get our belongings if we did not pay. So under stress as our life belongings were now held hostage we paid.

The next 2 week we kept phoning to find out where the truck was and we were give different towns etc. When we finally threatened to open up a ******** charge of theft against them they then told the driver to load and drive down to us.

When the truck eventually came we were greeted by a friendly moving team. However when they opened up the back of the truck we felt like crying as all our possessions had just been piled on top of each other with no blankets.

We have suffered enormous loss of possessions with moist of it damaged and the other not delivered.

This was the worst experience I have ever had and hope that nobody will ever experience the same. Please avoid.
