REFUND STILL OUTSTANDING

For the past week, I have been trying again to get our money back out of these people. They have now confirmed that there is a refund due, however, it's not to us. Let me give you some background information:

My husband's then-employer agreed to pay for our WHOLE move from Durban to Cape Town. (These emails have been sent to them) My husband wanted to secure this moving company so he paid 50% of the total amount because he was told he needs to do this ASAP. His then-employer went and paid the full amount to them which they were supposed to do in the first place but now Pro-Active has, unfortunately, has an extra R11300 in their bank account. They are now saying the 50% refund is not our money it is the companies money. Please explain to me. This is now another way of getting out of paying our money back. We have sent them emails of the company agreeing that Pro Active must reimburse us. But they still continue to deny the fact that they need to refund us the money.

You agreed to pay our money back last year already and now all of a sudden you have changed your story that it's not yours...PAYBACK OUR MONEY!!!!!!

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WAY TOO LONG NOW!!!!
