Rediculous Service and Unkept Promises

So fed up with these people! They Initially said it will take a week for delivery. Full amount was demanded before pic-up. Once money was paid, the waiting game started. Waited 2 weeks just to pick up goods. Every time I phone, promises are being made that it will take another week, then again promises for the next week. And so it went on and on. It just gets extended with another week every time. Don't even ask for the manager or owner to phone you back - it just NEVER HAPPENS. It's been a month and we are still waiting..........
