Pro Active Trucking and Movers worst ever
We moved from KZN to Cape Town, they picked up on 28.10.21 hours and hours late. Then said my stuff is too heavy, so I have to pay another R22800 for the second share load. The original amount for a designated truck with set dates was R28900, which they were supposed to deliver 01.11.21. Till date we received no furniture, they don't communicate nothing. They telling me the truck has broken down at Beaufort West after I called several times, when I asked where in Besufort they cannot tell me, now they don't even answer the phones or messages. Please stay away from this company, they are bad bad bad.

Please note they are currently busy at a mechanic in Beafort west with the gearbox of this vehicle we are trying to get one of our other vehicles in to assist and get your stuff to you.
As for the additional items and over weight goods we had to give an additional cost.
We will contact you shortly.With regards to the progress on the mechanical and getting another vehicle to assist.

You charged me for the share load half of the designated load almost the same, refuse to cover my expenses I incurred due to you or any refund due to your lack of service.

04 Nov 2021, 12:40They did call, rude, shouting and screaming at me, don't give me time to say anything. Calling me a **** without proof of it, so that is serious. This company is bad, their attitude is bad, they acting like they doing you a favour to deliver the highly paid service, they more expensive than any other company yet they lack manners and service. Please stay away from this company. They really bad people with an even worse service level.

Please people if you want to move stay as far away from this company as possible, they are rude, unhelpfull, not delivering your stuff, in short a total disaster!!!!

Today is 06.11.2021, still no furniture, no update, no communication. This is the worst level of service I have ever seen. Please people if you want to move stay as far away from this company as possible, they are rude, unhelpfull, not delivering your stuff, in short a total disaster!!!!

15 Nov 2021, 16:23They eventually delivered on Tuesday, 9 November the first truck. 2nd truck was due Tuesday/Wednesday 10/11 November 2021. No truck yet, also more than a week late, no communication or explenations. Now they refuse to pay my damages and costs due to their delays. I paid for full comprehensive insurance, 4 workers (they only send 3) and free blankets they offered. They did not use blankets, threw the boxes over the furniture and dropped my furniture, so damages is due to negligence. People they bad, please stay away from this company.

Aswell as you claiming insurance but never went with the terms of the cover.

It's the first time I hear a stove and cupboards must be bubble wrapped, why you offer blankets that you not using. Your truck's roof was leaking and all my stuff and mattresses got wet and is damaged totally. Stop lying, why is all the customers wrong? You people are taking us for a ride and this should stop.
