POOR service and bad Communication!!!
Communication!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1st truck was late time told 3pm arrive 7:30 2nd paid for dedicated truck, truck arrive with two layers of compost bags, so not all the furniture fit into truck. If the truck was empty everything would have fit. (would like the money back for the difference between dedicated and shared load) 3nd Truck driver said the truck will arrive 7am an the Friday morning... No calls receive. Received not all furniture 1 week late. beds soaking wet..... and not stuff was receive. 4thAnother week later the last stuff arrived. Box with curtains soaking wet. Molt on the curtains.... And throughout the whole event CUMMUNICATION was the biggest problem and Managers that do not return calls - Lindy an Quintin?
Please note the damages of any boxes and beds was not mentioned to us.
The bags that was laying on the floor was was taking 20cm from the floor upwards to the roof out of 2.8 meters high which leaves you with 2.6m height space to load the full truck which is 9metres long.
