Pathetic service

Service is pathetic... 1box of mines was left behind which contains important things.. They phone for their money and they want full payment.. Now that I need my stuff they don't respond promptly.. And they apparently blame my wife for saying to throw away that box 🙄.. I have videos and conversations and they just waisting my time and effort.. I've been patient and cannot be more patient..
