Moving company should be held accountable

I used this moving company on the 13th July 2022. It's now the 19th of September 2022 and my 60 year old mom's items are still not delivered. She is an emotional wreck because of this company. Every time I call them, the CEO (Justin) keeps saying it will be delivered. It's just lies upon lies. I've used legal aid and served them a letter of demand, which they are completely not phased about. It's been past the 2 weeks since the letter was sent to them. No response, no call backs. I fear this is adversely affecting my mom's health. She has already lost a child (my sister), whos items and ashes are amongst the items that these movers are keeping ransom.

I will continue using the law to make this comapny accountable for their actions.
