HORIBBLE Service & HORIBBLE communication!
Horibble Service! Once our stuff actually Finally Arrived 99% of our boxes were DAMAGED or Missing and Wripped open..... While the drivers were offloading the truck they threw the Boxes and Furniture like it was garbage! Furniture all Damaged when I asked them why the stuff looks this way they ignored me flat out and carried on throwing my stuff!! I then got on the phone with the Office which they were VERY RUDE and accused me of lying about the damaged and missing items............. Eventually the Truck left after I did not even receive all of my Furniture Or Boxes! I have been phoning them for over 3 weeks trying to get my Boxes and furniture back and of course claim for my Damaged Furniture! But Nobody Gets back to me each time I phone I get told they will phone me back...... Or I get told it's not their problem that my stuff is broken then get the phone slammed in my ear! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
Please note we asked that we come threw to have a look at your furniture with the employees but you were not accommodating us on our times.
We would ask that we reschedule our appointment to have this matter resolved.
