Excuse of a company

This company assists with no good intention. My items are damaged so badly and all they say now is if it was not wrapped it is not covered. I had to make an immediate payment for my items to be insured with them, their terms and conditions also state that they do not take responsibiliry if it was wrapped by them, myself or any other person. Now they all sing to the tune that if it is complete loss. Eager to take your money, poor service, poor customer care, poor everything
