Exceptional poor service and Zero Customer Care
STAY AWAY!!! I'm waiting 2 weeks for my furniture to be collected. No customer care to inform you why the move is delayed. Deposit not refunded yet, nor any service received. They use the same line most of the time: "The truck is in De Aar" . One get the feeling that it is scheme which takes your deposit and dissappear.
