Disgusted to say the least

DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM! Very very sly and *********** people!! They do not own up to their mistakes and make you pay for it! I've been waiting for my refund for 14 working days (advised that it would be 5-7 business days...) now and no one can help me. Oh and don't trust the info on the quote, it will be wrong...even if you requested 4 times.
