DISGRACEFUL

My moving date was the 27th December. I have a previous post highlighting my first week after collection. SOME of my things got delivered the 24th of January. My delivery date initially being the 2nd of January, after they called my mother and said i had falsely said that it would be okay to put my things in storage. I was told to produce payment before offloading today. Payment made. Proof of payment included. I was very ready to part ways with their unsettling moving experience. While offloading I noticed my fridge, dstv satellite, 11 out of 22 boxes were now missing. My deep freezer looks like it has been dropped - a friendly mark through the bubble wrap to show it. The other boxes have damage on it. My boxes with kitchen groceries looks like it's been opened. The rest? Still in their possession or lost. I'm not sure, their communication is still lacking. The bubble wrap on my furniture... I'm not even sure how pro active trucking and movers managed to remove it/displace it AND damage it. Worst experience from the beginning in absolutely every aspect.
