Disappointed

I am very disappointed in Pro Active Trucking. I really didn't expect this. I paid the 50% deposit and the remainder of the 50% when they picked up the furniture, which they demanded. And now I have been waiting for 14 days for my father's furniture to arrive. And they notified me yesterday that they will also not load the furniture next week Tuesday. They promised to deliver within 7 working days. I simply think they do not have the infrastructure or resources to deliver on their promises. They also did not communicate at all as to what the circumstances are. And every time I contacted them they had a different excuse, which leads me to believe that they are not telling the truth. I should have used GAUTENG FURNITURE REMOVALS & STORAGE. I wish I did.
