Broken Promises
Unprofessional Service
My furniture was not collected on the date & time that was agreed. There were a number of excuses despite me communicating a third party was assisting with the collection. This was a huge inconvenience to the person assisting. The agreed time was 9am - the truck only arrived at 8PM the next day. After more than a day's delay with my collection I was threatened delivery would not take place unless I make full payment or my items would be stored until payment was received. Customer service is not a component of this business if you looking for a mover with strict timelines to adhere to stay away from these movers.

We do apologize for this inconvenience but customers need to know a shared load has time delays sometimes and is out of our control.
We also aware as you said you have enough money and our quote is not gonna make you richer.
As every penny for us does count.
We have delivered your goods and do apologize for asking for our payment according to our terms and conditions we need balance to be paid before offloading, as this goes for each client we service.
We hope you the best and thank you for the support.
Kind Regards
Management

Being a Lay person with no expertise or experience in the logistics/removable business, how was I suppose to understand what a shared load means. This was not explained and surely a "delay "does not mean a day and a half later.
The agreement was that collection was meant to done on Sunday at 9am. After numerous phone calls and empty promises, we were advised that collection will be done on Monday morning. Come Monday morning, the drama and lies starts again. I had to continuously call to ensure that my load will get collected. This was the exact situation with the client before me and in his frustration and anger he locked your drivers in his estate as they were late with his goods as well surely this is not industry standard and etiquette?
I hope that you you do work on improving your service delivery and ensure you run a honest and dependable service going forward.
Regards,
Judy.
