Made contact with the company and received a quote. Paid for sleeves to cover my couches and bubble wrap for my mirror and other things. On the day they collected my furniture their driver demanded R150 from my mom saying that 1 of the sleeves was not paid for. Then my things went into storage and I received a rude call demanding that I should pay the balance as my things have arrived at their destination. I did so immediately and they had not booked storage for me as requested so I was told they would find a place to store. On the day I requested my furniture to be moved from storage to the house I was told that I had to pay R2500 for moving the furniture from storage to the house. I was shocked as the person that was dealing with me told me everything was included in the R1800 that I paid them. So I paid because I wanted my things delivered. When the truck arrived to deliver the driver demanded his R1800 for delivering my things. I was shocked that I was made to pay R2500 when the guy charged R1800. He was also shocked that I was charged that much as that was not the amount he asked for. When I requested to speak to Craig as I was dealing with him throughout the process, I was told that he nolonger works for the company as he did wrong things so I guess they let him go. Now I had to pay for their mass as they now demanded money that was not agreed on. My furniture was not even covered with the 4 sleeves that I paid R145 for each sleeve and no bubble wrap that I paid for. My mirror was not even covered, leather couches not covered. Demanded a refund for the sleeves, bubble wrap and the extra R700 that they over charged me for. This company does not give a toss about their clients and they are quite happy charging for services that they don't provide and are very rude when demanding payment. Yet i have to wait a week for my refund when they could not even wait 5minutes when demanding payment. Use them at your own risk and be ready to be de*****ed of your hard earned money. They will overcharge you and not deliver on their promise of good customer service. ***********, rude and they don't value their customers. What a sad way to start 2020
