Bad service from Pro Active Trucking And Movers (PTY) LTD

<div>I was moving on the 27th September 2019 with this company and i was happy with the quote they gave me and the service until they were about 2 hours late on the day. when they arrived the guys were not equipped to doing the work at all but i had paid already so we had to help with the small things as the two guys were slow. While they were moving my fridge, they were so rough that they cracked the door mirror. The guys told us not to worry as the company would replace it. I called the company at told them what happened and the Lady advised that i should send a picture and it will be dealt with. I kept following up with the company and i was told stories all the time, their last was that they were waiting for Samsung to quote them on replacing the mirror on the door. I suspect that the quote they received was expensive as the company decided that they will not fix my fridge as i did not take insurance with them. My question is, the damage was done by their guys while they had not even left the apartment so how is it that they are not liable for the damage? I kept following up until i was put through to a man who was shouting at me and telling me that his company will not fix the damage as my quotation was only R2600. Their service is very bad and i hd to follow up for a whole month while they sit and look for a loop whole. If yo want peace, do not move with this company.</div>
