BAD SERVICE

At time of quotation and accepting my deposit they were good, told them I need by things by the 24/25th Feb, the lady said no problem, she will make collection on the 15th Feb so that my things will be here in time. 14th Feb phoned to confirm that all was in order for my collection which was meant to be the 15th Feb, On telephone all confirmed no problems, at time of collection excuses, not once did the contact me to inform me of what is going on, I had to phone and try and get answers, was Promised truck would be at my premises at 7:30, this never happened. After me making several phone calls the truck eventually arrived after 14:30. Not once was I told that delivery would take 5-7 working days. On Monday the 21st phoned, some man told me will only get my things in 5 - 7 working days. On Wednesday which was the 5th working day, phoned, no they cant tell me when I will get my things. On Thursday, they said that maybe only Monday as they dont know when or where the truck will be or arriving. On Friday I phoned again, this was the 7th working day, I was told that I will only get my stuff Monday morning 28th as the truck will only be arriving on Saturday and they dont deliver on a Saturday. Monday morning 28th, phoned again, as still got the round about as to when or what time I will be getting my things. Eventually after 35 calls they send me the truck drivers number. He cant confirm time or when I will get my things. NOT ONCE WAS I CONTACTED ABOUT WHEN OR WHERE MY THINGS WERE, NOT ONCE WAS DELIVERY TIMES GIVEN, AND NOT ONCE WAS I NOTIEFIED OF WHAT WAS GOING ON. THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
