BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, DON'T USE EVER
This is the worst service ever, they loaded my furniture in Potchefstroom for delivery In Velddrif on Monday the 7 March 2022 it is now the 22 March 2022 I am still waiting for my furniture. Their contact person Carl does not phone back after I have left numerous messages. Every day when I phone and are able to speak to someone I get a new delivery date, then the truck is in Alival North, then it is in George, the latest it is in Riversdale. I had business appointments which I had to postpone because of their bad service. I don't know when they will deliver, but my concern is what will the condition of my furniture be in, they already broke some items.
I will not recommend this company to any body, stay away you will be disappointed.
How have we damaged any of your furniture.
Please stop with false accusations as we are delivering your goods this week we told you our truck is a shared load and will despatch on basis when it is full.

I am not making False accusations, you need to admit the service you are providing is bad.
While I am busy replying I receive a phone from Mr. Carl very abusage saying I must carry on complaining on helloPeter and that I will wait now for my furniture they will deliver when it suit them.
