Mickey mouse contractor

We approached Mickey Lemkus in July to fix an electrical fence. He quoted us a certain amount, to get it done. Not all the work was completed that he originally quoted for. Numerous promises were made to get it done. We discovered 4 weeks later that the energiser is not working. He suddenly said that there is another problem that will cost an additional R10000. We were quoted on the project and to extend one of the fences. We paid 50% deposit (it was now R20000). On Friday evening our power tripped during the night, and after spending the whole day with no power, discovered they hit the main power cable, which cost us now R2600 to repair, and no responsibility was taken by them. He then also wanted more money on Wednesday to complete the fence, unfortunately we cannot trust this contractor, he also now sent us a bill exceeding R18000 for a 3rd of the fence that is complete, if that much, and he refuses to complete the job. He also did another property of ours, which is also not up to standard.
