ADT damaged my house

19/03/2019:ADT was supposed just to install the outside beam but instead their technicians drill a hole in one of my water pipes in the wall.@ 11h30 they called me at work to inform me of the situation and promised a plumber would attend to it. At 18h00 nobody was there and my water still off. They then send a drunk plumber at 18h50,who refuse to let him enter my premesis because he with his two friends were stinking.I went without water throughout the night.I forward a complaint email to ADT management but nobody called me as yet,like its not there problem.
