Gym Store - Great Service - Very Helpful

I would like thank Gym Store for their prompt, efficient and friendly assistance. We received our Elliptical Trainer on the 30th of March. I assembled it on the 3rd of April. Assembly was quick and easy but after a couple of uses there was a s****ing noise from the machine. I contacted them by mail on the morning of the 6th of April. I received a reply within an hour and the were able to dispatch a technician on the same day. They came out to my home and repaired the unit by lunchtime. I was kept in the loop by Samantha the whole time. I would like to thank everyone at Gym Store for the continuous communication and impeccable service!
