Prize Voucher shocking service

Received vouchers from Prize Voucher in early December which did not work , after numerous emails , calls & whatsapp messages I was assured in February that the matter would be resolved , as of today it still has not been sorted and now Prize Voucher do not respond to emails , calls , messages or queries logged on their own site
