No response to claiming voucher prize

Good day, I have won a R250 Checkers voucher from Prize drop in November 2025. The consultant gave me a number which to send my details to claim my prize. The number does not work on whatsapp. I have been calling him about 9 times without any response. I have also sent about 3 emails to Prize drop support without any response. from Prize drop. I am very disappointed and frustrated and do not want to forfeit my prize. I would sincerely appreciate it if Prize drop could address the issue before the due date of claiming the prize.
