Stop *****ing from my account

<p>Today i received an sms from FNB confirming the debit order that went off my account from the company called Provicom ref: ********** 0 .My problem i do not know these people and who gave them the right to debit /manipulate my account . I want them to tell me from where did they got my banking details and authorise this debit order . What are they dealing with ? Who are they ?why are tehy *****ing from me ? I want them to refund my money ASAP.</p>
