Private seller Tersius de Villiers

I Have bought a house that was advertised by Tersius De Villiers of private seller in paarl. What a bad expierience. The house was shown to me in the evening. Yes big mistake. I signed a offer to purchase with the agreement that my house gets sold before transfer. That is done and dusted. It was comunicated to me that on the day of tranfer I can move in. Its been since june and the house is not yet on my name. The day I moved in I havent received the beetle and borer certificate. I phoned the agent with no luck. I phoned the company that did the job. They supp**** me with it. On the certificate it said that the battens are broken in the roof. I climbed in the roof and got the shock of my life. The tiles is starting to fall in and the battans are broken because of dry rot. There was some poor attempts to fix it. I contacted the agent and the transfer lawyers (van der Spuy and Partners Paarl). Tertius de Villiers apointed a builder (Lyndon Arendse builders). He wrote a letter that there is nothing wrong with the roof. Obviously! I used a independent roof engineer to give me a report. This stated that there is serious damage and the roof is not safe for occupying. I have sent various mail and even tried to cancel the deal. Nothing happened! After many mail to van der Spuy and partners I was asked to visit them in person. Marius at van der Spuy tried to steamroll me. I got a independent roof specialist. He told me he quoted on the same roof 5-6 years before and told the lady that requested the quote that the roof needs to be replaced. I presented this aswell to van der Spuy and Tertius de Villiers @ Private Seller. This was still not enough for them to come to the party. I appointed a laywer and only after they sent a letter they rep****. The OTP was signed in June and its November, Van der Spuy and Partners is ignoring my mails and Tersius De Villiers is ignoring my requests. The house is still not on my name. They just keep ignoring me.
