Worst service and ill treatment by Psspf

The services of Psspf is the worst I've ever received. They tell everyone that they take up to 6 weeks to pay out a claim, which is false. When you submit your claim, you end up re-sending your documents several times because you'll be told they are incomplete, even though you submitted everything needed. You then have to call them and let them know you sent or re-sent then again, otherwise your claim is ignored. Their call centre takes more than 145 minutes at best to pick up your call and with every stage of your claim process you are the one who has to call to follow up before it attended and goes to the next stage, which is costly because of how long you wait on line and I have to borrow money to be able to make the call because I'm unemployed.Their staff members are rude and argumentative as well. Since 9th of November till now, I'm still waiting for my payment. Now I'm told people who shiuld processed my payment are on leave and I have to wait until 6th of January. Everyone I've spoken with are also complaining about this and worse.
