Worst provident fund company

Hey am AJ van den Berg, due to circumstances I lost my work so i did claim on my provident fund so they told me I must phone after a month if i don't see my money is paid in so I phoned after a month and all they say is in progress and phone back after 6 working days and still the same thing is in progress and havent been send to the sars and keep telling me to phone after 10 to 15 working days and extend it to 2 to 3 month and same thing all they tell you is in progress and cant tell a person how far they got with your paper work.

Don't seem there is any supervision at this company and need to send people in to go and see if they are really doing anywork than to waste our time and airtime to keep phoning in to follow up
