Widrawal claim

I submitted my widrawal claim on the 09 October 2023 till today no feedback. Under security department they don't answer my calls , on whatsapp and live chat they provide with a same answer check after 7 days to 14 days. I must say this I hate the day I started to work under security. Their service is like i am borrowing the money.
