Very very poor service

Do not trust this company. They provide you with false misleading and conflicting information. They confirm payments was processed and the funds will be in your account within 3 - 5 days and then when you enquire again, they change their story and tell you that documents are still outstanding, and the claim cannot be processed etc. And they just don't respond to queries, they just ignore you and your requests even after complaints about the misleading information they supp****. They have no empathy and definitely don't even try to be accommodating towards the beneficiaries.
