Very poor service

Hello Peter! I have been working at Monitor Net, as a technician for 2 years, and resigned. My previous employer has sent my provident fund documents to PSSPF ( Private Security Sector Provident Fund) and the email that they are providing on the documents, seems not to be working. Countless time i have phoned and followed up and they claim that they have not received my documents. Call Centre staff are very rude, and just don't seem interested in assisting me. I am not working, and have things to do. It has been more that a 2 months that i have been struggling to get any response from them. Regards, Charles **********
