Urgent help

I had a claim that was paid out in 2019, SARS requires the tax directive / IRP5 for the claim in question. Have sent multiple emails to persons at PSSPF / Salt EB but to no avail. I'm unable to complete the efiling documents requested by SARS and may now be liable for an admin penalty. Gert Weber ***
