Unfair treating

With the Covide-19 everything went down words not only for workers but also for businesses. My partner was put on UIF and only receive 75% of her salary. I have to give up the flat and lost most off the goods. Looking for a work that pay better, that can make up for the 35% income that we lost. I found a wonderful work. I made up her 35% and extra. I resign. I sent in all my documents to PSSPF in Fox street Johannesburg.

After 3 Months I made a stop at PSSPF office. Never was i phoned to informed me that there is a problem with my paperwork. They let you follow up, I try to complain as i did phone ones the office and spoke to a lady with the name Barbara. She refuse to help, as it was already 17:20 ( I sent a complain to the complain email) even then no replay. So I went to Fox street.

On arrival the consultant informed me the documents is wrong. My surname is deferent from the one that is on there system. I explain to the consultant that I took my ****en name back around 10 Years. All my staff is on my ****en name after I divorce. "Well then your x-husband must get half off the pension" *** yes that was my replay, I cant get my pension fund due to I'm still on the system on my marriage surname. I said to the consultant you joking after 10 years of divorce. I need to share my pension fund with him.

So I went to Home affairs , bank every where I used my ****en surname Driver's license for the past 5 Years. But still the consultant informed me the best will be to get a lawyer as this is what is going to happen.

The paper work, ID my birth certificate new marriage certificate (from 2 years) and Bank Statement with SARS is in my ****en name but still just because my Surname with them is on my x name he can take what i work for...
