This PSSPF people don't care about us

I have logged a disability claim with PSSPF in April 2023, at first they only wanted to pay me out my money for a normal claim. Then I complain at the PFA because of this because their doctor said I didn't had a disability claim but he didn't even consult with me before he made his decision. Only after I laid the complain at the PFA they referred me to their Occupational The******. They told me to phone back on the 4th of March 2024 to hear what is happening to my claim there is still no answer apparently my report from the Occupational The****** is still lying at the fund doctor and it still not being reviewed. The fund doctor is Dr. Komotso Alex Taukobong his practice number is ***. I explained to the consultants which l spoke to that I have a child to take care of and also have rent to pay I am the sole breadwinner. They only always tell me that they feel my frustration but they will escalate my claim and I must contact them again in so many days when you contact them again they tell you the se story. They don't want to help they don't care what your situation is they just ignore it. How do I explain to my son I can't give him food because this people have to first follow some sort of procedure. Yesterday I was informed that it can still take another 6 months for the doctor to review my case How on earth am I supposed to take care of my child. I can't work because of my disability. What should I do now. I am at wits end with this people. Can you please help me so I can get my money and provide for my son please I really don't know what else to do you are my last hope please.
