This company takes money and don't pay it back

<p>I think this company is a **** or something. I have emailed, complained, called, absolutely nobody can help me. Every month money gets paid to them, but they are unable to assist with the payout. I see how many people on this hello peter site complain over the same thing, not receiving their money and the company doesn't even respond to these complaints. Where can I go to so this company can be investigated?</p>
