Still waiting for my fund money

I stop working at Compass Guarding last year April 2014, I gave in all my papers so the proses can start, today is the 23 March 2015 and still I did not receive a sent of my money. Everytime I contact the fund the staff is so rude and unfriendly with me, all I want is my money because it belongs to me and I must support my fam with that money, we are struggling without money.
