Sick and tired

Good day,

Its now 3 months that I have been struggling with this company to try and get answers about my provident fund and everytime they say phone in 10 days time or they just drop the line in your ear , when u phone in 10 days time they just tell you that the form have been submit. 27 Aug 2018 I started phoning them at 08:00 first you are caller nr 5 then a person answers the phone and put you at the back of the line nr 9 around 10:00 I phoned again I was caller nr 2 once again a lady answered the phone and put me back in line I was nr 12. Please tell me what can I still do?
