Security Provident Fund

I did hand in my documents on 26th May 2016 for my provident funds to be paid out. Today 12/07/2018 i did not received any monies due to me.. If you do contact them they tell you to send a email to ********** and you only received a automated email back stating that you will be contacted within 2 days but for the past 2 YEARS it did not happen . I have tried to contact the HAWKS because its very suspicious conduct but even from them I did not have any reply. Then I tried the Pension fund adjudicators that sended me documentation to fill in and send back and also NO REPLY . I did start in 1991 in the Security industry until 2016 when I have reached retirement age and just want my PROVIDENT FUND to pay out PLEASE HELP
