Second Complaint

I lodged a complaint a week ago in regards to the pension payout for Stefan Swanepoel. We got feedback on 2 November 2015, stating, again, that the claim is being processed for full payment. On 4 November a person from the social media dept also sent a mail, pointing out that they had sent 2 mails stipulating the processing (one on 9 October and once again on 2 November), but nothing progresses further than that. The person told them to get this paid and finalized. Yet, we do not get any response and nothing has been finalized as yet. payment is yet to be made.<br> <br> No one gives any feedback, and it is extremely frustrating to go for months with something like this.<br> <br> Who can help?!
