PSSPF *****ing my pension money

I am struggling to get my pension money back from PSSPF since September2018,numerous emails,i do not even get a reply not via email or phone.I am very upset this is almost a year now and nobody at PSSPF has made contact with me..I think my money has been ****** at PSSPF
